In May, I had the joy of photographing Laney at my Prom Photo Event at Firefly Grill. Upon meeting her, I could tell {not only was she extremely gorgeous} that she was so sweet and kind. I LOVED her prom look, and I couldn’t get over how adorable and stunning she was!!

So you can only assume, how over-the-moon excited I was when Laney reached out to me for me to photograph her senior pictures. Y’all, I was pumped! Fast forward to two months later, and I was JUST as excited to photograph her senior session last weekend.

Laney is such a sweetheart and so full of joy. I’m telling y’all this girl is an amazing example of a HNSenior! I absolutely LOVED spending Saturday evening with her, her mom and her sweet pup. We traveled around Effingham – downtown, out in the country, and down to the lake, and it was so much fun to get to know her. Laney is a senior at Effingham High School, and she is very active in school activities. This girl is in theatrical productions, dances on the poms team, and runs on the cross country team. I will admit, I felt like Laney and I were two peas in a pod {I did shows and cross country in high school too!}. For the cherry on top, this girl works at a sno cone stand {what a dream of a summer job}, and if you knew me in high school, this was my FAVORITE summer treat.

Anyways, I’m so excited to share these photos. They are just so fun, and I love all of the energy in them. Laney is such a gorgeous girl, and I’m sure you’ll be able to see that pretty quickly! Enjoy!
